- Strength & Mobility for Endurance Athlete:5 week series $200
This class is NOT your typical bootcamp class, it's small group personal training which means it's tailored to your specific needs. All smart training starts with an assessment. If you don't know your baseline, how can you envision goals and end results? The 1st session starts with the FMS (Functional Movement Screen) to assess your risk for injury (you get a score card with a list of how you did on the screen). Each session teaches you skills, good movement patterns and exercises that you can incorporate into your own training once the class is over .This program runs x 5 weeks and you must commit to each class (no drop-ins or refunds). We get to know how well your body works and what you need to keep it a well-oiled machine before race season starts and the volume of swim/bike/run picks up. Small class size ensures good 1 to 1 instruction and personal attention.
- Healthy Spine 4 week series $165
Maximum of 4 clients for individualized attention and emphasis on form and quality of movement. Learn what's important to keep your spine healthy and stable, work on core strength and stability as well as proper body mechanics for lifting, housework, sitting, etc. May include Pilates reformer, mat, chair, TRX, and Kettlebells depending on the needs of the class participants. Classes are 55 minutes. The price will go up to $180 on 10/23/17!
- Kettlebell & Pilates Core Conditioning Class (4 week series) $165
